4. The following requirements of the Planning Authority’s Conservation Section shall be fully complied with as follows: o) External walls: The supervising Conservation Architect shall inspect all external elevations at close quarters when safe access is in place and the Conservation Architect/Architect shall submit marked-up 1:50 elevations / cross-referenced photographs indicating where repairs are required and include a specification for proposed repairs including repairs to rear windows where existing security bars are removed. The Applicant shall facilitate an inspection by the DCC Conservation Officer at this time.
