2. The development shall comply with the following requirements of the Transportation Planning Division: a. Prior to commencement of development, the applicant shall submit plans and details of the proposed removal of the former bus stop infrastructure and relocated on-street parking bay to be provided at the location of the former bus stop on Saint Johns Road (Stop No. 308) for the written agreement of the Environment & Transportation Department. All works shall be at the expense of the applicant unless otherwise agreed.
