The following requirements of the Conservation Division shall be complied with b) The following items shall be submitted for the written agreement of the Planning Authority by condition / through compliance in advance of works commencing on site: (x) Following careful removal of existing solid paint finishes, 1:50/1:20 plan and elevation annotated drawings identifying all original oak panelling and replica oak panelling to be retained. Finalised interior proposals for all key spaces to be submitted where fundamental changes occur that would have a significant impact on the architectural character and significance of the key spaces at ground and first floor levels.
