The following requirements of the Conservation Division shall be complied with b) The following items shall be submitted for the written agreement of the Planning Authority by condition / through compliance in advance of works commencing on site: (viii) Detailed methodologies for the soft stripping out/off of wall papers/paint to determine the provenance of the extant finishes including original and later oak panelling, terrazzo flooring, timber flooring and any other historic features or finishes.
