Alterations to development previously approved under Reg. Ref. WEB1224/25 including (i) at ground floor level - re-incorporation of the existing single-storey rear- return (which was previously approved to be demolished), minor extension to the rear of the property and set-back of the approved linear extension by 2.46m from the north-eastern boundary with protruding glass feature atop flat roof to be omitted and replaced with rooflights; (ii) at first floor level - setback of approved extension with additional floor area introduced into approved void space at this level; (iii) at attic floor level - setback of approved extension; (iv) all associated alterations to internal layouts at ground, first and attic floor level; and, (v) all ancillary works necessary to facilitate the development.
