9. The following Drainage requirements of the planning authority shall be complied with: iv. The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) in the management of surface water. The Planning Authority is not in favour of the submitted design for the permeable paving and tree pits. Prior to commencement of the development, full details of the surface water management proposals shall be submitted for agreement.
