Description

PROTECTED STRUCTURE: For external conservations works to include repointing existing brickwork to front and back elevation, limited repair, renewal and restoration works to the windows. Complete repair and renewal of the existing upper roof with removal of poor quality asphalt lined valleys, replacement of the existing slates with natural stone slates, new leadwork or copper work to form new valleys and all ancillary works to facilitate the conservation works.
