The following requirements of the Conservation Division shall be complied with b) The following items shall be submitted for the written agreement of the Planning Authority by condition / through compliance in advance of works commencing on site: (vii) The schedule of historic features provided as part of the RFI shall be updated to reflect the outstanding required conservation works as identified in the schedule. Detailed conservation specifications and methodologies for conservation repairs to all remaining historic fabric (historic walls, doors, fireplaces, windows, panelling, ceilings, plasterwork, staircases) in these areas. All surviving historic fabric including doors shall be identified and retained in new proposals.
