The following requirements of the Conservation Division shall be complied with b) The following items shall be submitted for the written agreement of the Planning Authority by condition / through compliance in advance of works commencing on site: (v) Clarence Hotel Stout (back) Bar: Identification of surviving historic remnants (if any) of the bar servery in the Stout (back) Bar, and proposed incorporation in final arrangement.
