6. The development shall comply with the following requirements of the Transportation Planning Division: (b) The applicant shall provide details demonstrating compliance with Special Planning Policy Requirement 4 - Cycle Parking and Storage contained within the Sustainable Residential Development and Compact Settlements Guidelines for Planning Authorities, January 2024. The proposed cycle parking and storage shall be physically, sheltered and secured separately from the spaces approved under 3478/23.
