The following requirements of the Conservation Division shall be complied with b) The following items shall be submitted for the written agreement of the Planning Authority by condition / through compliance in advance of works commencing on site: (iv) Clarence Hotel Basement –A drawn and photographic record of the basement interior to indicate any survival of early fabric, to inform final interior proposals for finishes to walls, floors and ceilings
