Description

Prior to the commencement of development, revised drawings shall be submitted indicating an appropriate boundary treatment between the mews site and the principal building. A suitable separate area of amenity space shall be retained for the principal building. Separate bin and bicycle storage areas for the principal building and the mews shall be indicated. Reason: To ensure a satisfactory standard of development.
