7. The following requirements of the Conservation Division shall be complied with b) The following items shall be submitted for the written agreement of the Planning Authority by condition / through compliance in advance of works commencing on site: (ii) Detailed 1:20 drawings of all new windows. All opening casements/sashes shall have the same thickness of vertical and horizontal members. (i.e. the opening element of any window shall not present as a thicker element than the fixed elements.
