3. The Developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Transportation Division of the Planning Authority: a) Prior to the commencement of development, revised drawings shall be submitted for written agreement with the planning authority detailing provision of 3no. staff cycle parking space and bin storage to serve both of the uses hereby permitted. Cycle parking shall be in a secure, sheltered and well-lit area. Cycle parking design shall allow both wheels and frame to be locked to the stand. Cycle parking should be designed with regard to the relevant guidance provided in the Cycle Design Manual, 2023. b) All costs incurred by Dublin City Council, including any repairs to the public road and services necessary as a result of the development, shall be at the expense of the developer.
