10. The following Transportation-Planning requirements of the Planning Authority shall be complied with: c) The proposed roads, junctions, car parking areas, footpaths and hard landscaping areas to be taken in charge including any raised tables, shared surface areas, street signage and public lighting, including all materials shall be agreed in writing with the Planning Authority. All Materials in public areas or areas intended to be taken in charge shall be in accordance with the document Construction Standards for Roads and Street Works in Dublin City Council. All works agreed under this Condition shall be completed prior to the occupation of the development and shall be carried out at the expense of the applicant.
