2. The developer shall fully comply with the following conditions from the Conservation Officer: (b) Prior to the commencement of the development, the applicant shall submit for the written approval of the planning authority: (i) Revised detailed drawing at 1:10 of the proposed fire escape door to Dame Lane. The door leaf shall be vertically battened timber in lieu of flush steel. The existing wrought-iron security railings shall be modified for reuse instead of a modern steel grille. The applicant shall investigate if the existing sill can be adapted and incorporated as an externally expressed lintel.
