4. The development shall comply with the following Transportation requirements of the Planning Authority: d) Prior to commencement of development, and on appointment of the main contractor, a Construction Management Plan shall be submitted to the planning authority for written agreement. This plan shall provide details of intended construction practice for the development, construction phasing and programme, a detailed traffic management plan, hours of working, detail access arrangements for labour, plant and materials and shall indicate the locations of plant and machine compounds. The appointed contractor shall liaise with DCC Road Works Control Division during the construction period. Reason: In the interest of orderly development, and promote and facilitate cycling as a sustainable mode of transportation.
