6. Prior to occupation of the crechel and cafe/restaurant units the developer shall submit the following details to the planning authority, and in the case of each unit shall receive written agreement in respect of: a) The exact use of the unit, which shall be the permitted use thereafter. b) In the case of any café/restaurant units, details of extraction and ventilation. c) In the case of café/restaurant units, clarification of the location of any outdoor seating. d) Any measures proposed to secure the frontage of the units. In this regard any security shutters should be recessed behind the glazing and be factory finished in a single colour to match the colour scheme of the building prior to their erection. Shutters should be of the open lattice type, and should not be painted on site, left unpainted or used for any form of advertising.
