Description

EXPP: The street frontage to no. 68 was constructed in the 1970's to the best knowledge of the homeowner. The owner wishes to alter the existing street elevation to have a more traditional brickwork, coursing, pointing and window and door fenestration. The proposal would be to fit brick slips and including altering the front door to have a fanlight, keeping the existing ground floor window structural opening but with sliding sash windows to reflect a more vertical orientation and alter the existing first floor windows to have more vertical orientation and install sash windows.
