Description

Retention permission is sought for alterations and extensions to existing two storey house, including installation of stairs in original location connecting ground and first floor levels, in order to reinstate existing house to a single occupancy dwelling, and the following remodelling to the existing two storey extension at rear. 1) construction of single storey extension on ground floor level. 2) removal of first floor bay window and external walls and reconstruction of new external walls in extended position. 3) alterations to existing first floor windows. 4) removal of existing flat roof and construction of new flat roof at higher level.
