PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Shane and Samantha Cantwell are seeking Planning Permission for works at their home, 75 St. Lawrence Road, Dublin 3, D03 W6P0, A PROTECTED STRUCTURE. The works will consist of; (A) the adaptation and extension of a non-original existing rear ground floor extension to provide an additional 10 sqm of kitchen space; (B) the alteration of the existing mono pitch roof of the existing extension in order to create a new flat roof to the proposed extension; (C) minor associated internal alterations to existing layout as indicated on the submitted drawings; (D) all associated external site works.
