Description

The development consists of an amendment to previously approved planning permission ref WEB1398/22. The proposed amendment includes the construction of new single storey pitched roof ancillary family accommodation to the side of the existing dwelling with attic storage and dormer windows to the front and rear elevation at roof level replacing the previously approved two storey pitched & flat roof development. New development will have the same footprint as previously approved.
