Description

EXPP: PROTECTED STRUCTURE: 1 - Make internal non-structural modifications to Apartment 9 only, as per plan submitted. 2 - Replace an existing dilapidated roof-light (measure 70 x 70cm) located on the flat roof of apartment 9, with a larger roof-light (measure 120cm x 220cm). The Apartment is within the non-original 1960's extension to 57 Pembroke Road ( a protected structure). The proposed roof-light is located on a flat roof and is not visible above the parapet. The proposed work makes no material alteration to the original fabric of this protected structure. 3- Change existing PVC double glazed windows for matching triple glazed windows.
