3. The applicant shall comply with the following Transportation Planning requirements: (i) Prior to commencement of development, and on appointment of a contractor, a Demolition and Construction Management Plan shall be submitted to Planning Authority for written agreement. This plan shall provide details of intended demolition and construction practice for the development, demolition and construction phasing and programme, a detailed traffic management plan, hours of working, detail access arrangements for labour, plant and materials and shall indicate the locations of plant and machine compounds. The appointed contractor shall liaise with DCC Road Works Control Division during the demolition and construction period. The CMP shall take cognisance of the presence of a school adjacent to the site as well as the subject site and shall seek to minimise and prevent where possible construction traffic movements at school arrival and departure times.
