Description

PROTECTED STRUCTURE Development to 25, Annesley Park, Dublin 6, D06 X0P1, a protected structure. Development to include: demolition of existing 8.6sqm single storey return and construction of new 25.8sqm single storey extension to rear, partial removal of back wall at garden level to include part of remaining chimney stack, installation of new shower room and alterations to partitions to form new utility area and TV room, relocation of bathroom, and alterations to dressing room / bedroom layout at first floor level. Upgrade of existing building fabric to include replacement of boiler and radiators, rewiring, provision of insulated floor slab to ground level, replacement of plaster to front and back wall with vapour-permeable insulated plaster to external walls to areas being refurbished, localized repair and re-pointing of brickwork to front elevation, replacement of existing front door and windows, decoration throughout.
