Description

Permission is sought for a rear ground floor extension with a new high level opaque window to the east elevation. The works will also include the replacement of the existing lean-to roof with a flat roof, the repositioning of the first floor rear windows, the construction of a rear dormer window and the enlargement of the existing velux window to the main roof. The works will also include a new timber gate and screen to the front with a covered area for bicycles and a separate bin store.
