7. The following requirements of the Transport Planning Division of Dublin City Council shall be strictly adhered to: a) Prior to commencement of the Development, revised bin/bike store plans should be submitted for written agreement of the Planning Authority. A minimum of 4 no. long stay cycle parking spaces should be provided. Some form of segregation should be provided to prevent encroachment of bins into the cycle parking area.
