Description

(i) demolition of the external storage area at the side/rear of the dwelling; (ii) construction of a single storey flat-roof extension to the rear of the house with roof light; (iii) provision of a new bay window to the front of the dwelling at ground floor level; (iv) construction of a part-single, part-two-storey extension to the side and front of the dwelling, maintaining the original building line and creating a covered terrace at ground floor level; (v) raising of the main roof height to accommodate an attic conversion; (vi) construction of a proposed dormer window at attic level to the east side of the dwelling; (vii) widening of the existing vehicular entrance onto Mount Prospect Avenue to 4 metres; and all ancillary works, associated landscaping, roof lights, boundary treatments and ground works necessary to facilitate the development.
