4. Prior to commencement of any development on site the applicant shall submit details for the written agreement of the planning authority of the following: a. Details of the proposed solar tunnel to serve the ground floor bedroom including sections and how it will be lined. b) Provision of a high-level window to be inserted to the northern external wall of LKD space c) That the window to serve the 1st floor storage room be permanently fitted with opaque glazing d)That the window serving the existing dwelling’s rear dining room to be be swapped with the doorway. e) That a new matching ground floor gable window be inserted to serve the eastern rear dining room, with its existing northern ope to be filled in/omitted as required. f) The 1st floor terrace shall be screened with a 1.0m to 1.2m matching brick wall topped then with metal fencing - with an overall combined height of 1.8m, with the metal fencing to consist of angled vertical fins, which shall also redirect overlooking on eastern side of the terrace to the north east as much as possible. Reason: in the interests of residential amenity.
