Any areas to be taken in charge including junctions, footpaths, hard landscaping areas, raised tables, shared surface areas and public lighting, and including all materials shall be agreed in writing with the Roads Maintenance Division of Dublin City Council prior to commencement of development. Details of the materials proposed in public areas shall be in accordance with the document Construction Standards for Roads and Street Works in Dublin City Council and agreed in detail with the Road Maintenance Division. Any proposed works to the public road shall be carried out by Dublin City Council and at the expense of the applicant/developer.
