4. (ii) Prior to commencement of works, a revised site layout plan shall be submitted to the planning authority for written agreement demonstrating an amended site boundary layout to the east bordering Finglas Road R135. The revised site boundary shall incorporate a pedestrian and cyclist access to the south east of the site and a pedestrian access to the north east of the site on Finglas Road.
