EXPP: PROTECTED STRUCTURE: The works proposed comprise repair and conservation of the existing rear garden wall, specifically: Removal of loose or unstable stonework and decayed mortar. Rebuilding of structurally compromised sections using existing salvaged stones where possible, Repointing of joints using a lime-based mortar mix to match the original in composition and appearance Replacement of missing coping using matching natural stone and mortar. No increase in height, alteration to alignment, or addition of new openings.
