4. The developer shall comply with all the following requirements of Transportation Planning Division: a. Prior to commencement of the Development, revised improved cycle parking layout plans shall be submitted for written agreement of the Planning Authority. Cycle parking shall be provided in line with current Development Plan Standards and the NTA Cycle Design Manual. Cycle parking shall be secure, conveniently located, sheltered and well lit. Key/fob access shall be required to bicycle compounds. Cycle parking design shall allow both wheel and frame to be locked. Space currently allocated to car parking could be reallocated to achieve the required changes to cycle parking.
