Description

9. Prior to commencement of development, the developer shall consult with Drainage Division of Dublin City Council regarding the surface water management proposals for the development, including details on how it is proposed to address, where possible, the requirements for a green blue roof for developments over 100sq.m. and shall submit details for their written agreement. Reason: To ensure the protection of public drainage infrastructure, and the satisfactory management of surface water runoff.
