19. c) Prior to occupation of the development, a Mobility Management Plan shall be submitted for the written agreement of Environment & Transportation Department. This shall formally set out the proactive approach to be undertaken by the owners/management company to encourage sustainable travel by staff and residents. In this regard, the provision of Car Club spaces within the development and paid membership of the Dublin Bike Scheme for first two years of occupation and other such initiatives should be considered.
