8. The developer shall comply fully with the Transportation Planning Division as follows: c. Prior to occupation of the development, a Residential Travel Plan shall be submitted for the written agreement of Environment & Transportation Department. This shall formally set out the proactive approach to be undertaken by the owners/management company to encourage sustainable travel by staff and residents. In this regard, the provision of paid membership of the Dublin Bike Scheme for first two years of occupation and other such initiatives should be considered.
