Description

The development will consist/consists of extension works to the front of the dwelling to increase the ground floor area by 3.75m.sq. The proposed works will involve the relocation of the existing front door and associated ground floor front wall and glazing to the existing kitchen and toilet to line up with the building line of the existing first floor front wall above, associated internal modifications.
