Description

The development will consist of the demolition of an existing rear single storey conservatory and stores, and the erection of a rear single storey part flat part pitched roofed extension. Alterations to the existing windows on the rear elevation. Internal alterations to provide new open plan layout, utility and WC at ground level. Part conversion of garage to habitable space. Alterations to first floor level to create new bathroom layout and new stairs to attic. Replacement of existing main hipped roof with new gable wall and associated extension of ridge line. Conversion of attic space to provide new attic area and WC, and construction of associated rear dormer. All associated landscaping, new boundary treatments, drainage, ancillary site works and services.
