Description

RETENTION: The development consists of the amendments and modifications of the permission granted under Planning Ref. WEB1422/23 that will consist of the omission of condition nos. 3 and 4 of that permission; and the retention of the following works: - retention of front bay window extension to Living Room 02; - retention of bin stores and other stores either side of the vehicular access and car parking space; - retention of the external finish of the house in respect of materials and colour; - retention of air to water heat pump to rear of front boundary wall and fence; and - retention of all ancillary landscape, including front gate, boundary fence to rear of front boundary wall, and site development works required by the retention of these and other permitted works.
