We, Brendan Comerford and Joanne Mathews intend to apply for permission for works at No. 14, Lorne Terrace, Brookfield Street, Dublin 8 for alterations to previously approved application (File Ref: Web 2758/24) including alterations to the permitted first floor extension roof profile and a revised first floor extension to now extend across entire width of the rear first floor incorporating the existing first floor bathroom area with a raised flat roof and all associated alterations, siteworks and ancillary works.
