3. The requirements of the Planning Authority’s Conservation Division shall be undertaken as follows: b) The proposed development shall be carried out in accordance with the following: iv. Submit samples and/or visualisations of the quarry tile/other materials being considered for the new floor finish, considering colour, size of units etc. and junctions with the proposed new circular limestone predella. Submit a window schedule window-by-window photographic record of all stained and other glass windows in the church, including those with hoppers identifying proposed repairs and additional ironmongery if required Submit a 1:20 section through the new lobby and wc, including 1:5 junction details between the new lobby and the historic wall demonstrating there will be no adverse impacts on the historic mouldings Submit a 1:20 / 1:25 section through the proposed tea station, and include key services to/from the equipment and sink therein and demonstrate that the existing historic timber doors can be retained whilst accommodating the installation of the items noted M&E and Fire Safety Services Plans, key lighting locations and proposed feature fittings, sections and elevations that indicate existing and proposed electrical and mechanical services, including key services routes within the proposed new limecrete floor slab (underfloor heating, zoning controls and other services routes), boiler location, electrical distribution board, lighting controls and switches, socket outlets, CCTV, acoustic enhancement speakers and all other associated controls, including proposed works to the Choir and Organ Gallery and associated access staircase. Reason: In order to protect the original fabric, character and integrity of the Protected Structure at St. Peter’s Church, Phibsborough, and to ensure that the proposed works are carried out in accordance with best conservation practice.
