7. The development shall comply with the following requirements of the Drainage Division of Dublin City Council: e) The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems in the management of surface water. The applicant shall confirm if a surface water overflow pipe will be required from the proposed SuDS devices. Full details shall be agreed in writing with Drainage Division prior to commencement of construction.
