Description

PROTECTED STRUCTURE: The development will consist of the following works to 63 Waterloo Road, Dublin 4, D04 R8K3 (a Protected Structure), being a 2 storey over basement mid-terraced house. The works include: a) The removal of existing detached shed, and granite external steps at rear; b) Insertion of steel framework to support return upper stories and the provision of a new single storey open plan rear extension with part screened roof terrace and part green roof above; c) Removal of non-original internal walls, provision of internal doors in existing and former opes and general reconfiguration at basement garden level including lowering of floor level; d) Altered rear return window at ground (entrance hall) floor level; d) Fireplace and angled fire breast removal at return ground (entrance hall) floor level; f) Arched top to return fanlight in lieu of rectangular fanlight; g) Provision of bathroom in lieu of first floor return bedroom and alteration of existing adjacent bathroom to Guest WC; h) Sundry associated works and upgrades.
