10. The proposed development shall comply with the following requirements of the Council’s Transportation Planning Division: a) Prior to commencement of development, the applicant shall submit revised drawings for the written agreement of the Planning Authority showing no outward swinging doors across (with exception of emergency doors) to the public road at ground floor level.
