Description

Prior to the commencement of development, details of the materials, colours and textures of the proposed signage, shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority. a) The proposed signage at fascia level shall be comprised of individually pin-mounted lettering, composed of brushed stainless steel or equivalent material. b) The individual lettering should have a maximum height of 40cm. c) Any illumination of the lettering should be discreet, such as via rear/backlit lighting for the lettering. Development shall not commence until revised plans, drawings and particulars showing the above amendments have been submitted to and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of orderly development and visual amenity.
