2. The development shall be revised as follows: a) The 2no. projecting signs indicated on the northern and eastern elevations shall be omitted. b) Temporary frosted vinyl to inner face of glazing shall only be permitted over existing louvre screening on the northern elevation at indicated 'back of house' area and shall be omitted from all other windows indicated on the eastern and northern elevations. Development shall not commence until revised plans, drawings and particulars showing the above amendments have been submitted to and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of visual amenity.
