4. Prior to commencement of development, the developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Conservation Section of Dublin City Council: (d) The applicant shall submit a door schedule identifying all doors in the Protected Structure including surviving historic (original) timber panelled doors and architraves, and confirm whether the existing doors can be upgraded to provide the required fire performance, noting that the Conservation Section has assessed planning applications for other building projects of a similar nature across the city whereby the design team has successfully worked with specialist advisors to upgrade significant historic doors for fire safety certification within Protected Structures.
