4. Prior to commencement of development, the developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Conservation Section of Dublin City Council: (c) The applicant shall review the proposed Automatic Opening Vents (AOVs) to the rear elevations and submit revised drawings indicating an alternative method, where possible, in order to reduce the potential adverse impacts on the Protected Structure and residential amenity.
