Description

5. Prior to commencement of development, an archaeological assessment (and impact assessment) of the development shall be carried out. The assessment shall be prepared by a suitably qualified archaeologist and submitted for agreement to the Planning Authority. Where archaeological material is shown to be present, a detailed Impact Statement shall be prepared and the applicant/developer shall liaise with the City Archaeologist to ascertain any further requirements.
