4. The Developer shall comply with the following conservation requirements of the Planning Authority: b) Prior to the commencement of works, the Developer shall submit the following for written agreement of the Planning Authority: a. A method statement for the protection of the retained boundary walls during the construction of the proposed garden building b. Details of all proposed new elements, such as toothing-in and repair work that may be required to the historic walls shall be submitted. 1x1m samples of masonry repairs shall be provided to the CO for their written agreement in the course of development works and in advance of any works undertaken to historic boundary walls. The coursing, material, sizes of stone, pointing colour and technique shall match the historic walls
